How do I place my first order with you?
You can order without creating an account - just choose your items and checkout. Or, choose to create an account. It's very easy. Enter the requested details and you are ready! Your details will then be saved for the next time you want to order.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, our payment partners are Worldpay and Paypal. All the information exchanged is encrypted and we have no access to your credit card details.
Is there a minimum order quantity or value for an order?
No, you can buy as little as 1 pack but obviously the more you spend the better value the shipping.Alternatively you can use our dropshipping website www.dropshipkids.co.uk (membership fee applies) for single items.
How many items are in a pack?
There are 6 items in most packs. If there is any other quantity it will be clearly stated in the product description. You will get a balanced mix of sizes and colours.
Are the items in a pack all the same size?
No, you get a selection of sizes and colours. We only supply fully labelled retail lines so are supplied in ratios as shipped to us.
Can I request certain sizes and colours?
In general, no, as we pre-sort the product into packs when the stock arrives to ensure customers get the best selection of sizes and colours possible. Sometimes we can accommodate the occasional request for our regular customers or you can purchase specific sizes and colours from www.dropshipkids.co.uk.
What are in the starter packs?
The starter packs contain a selection of in season and trans-seasonal lines from previously stocked lines and current stock. You will receive a wide selection of styles, sizes and colours.

What is your returns and cancellation policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within 48 hours of your receipt. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing . You must ensure that the package is insured to the correct value to protect yourself in the event that the return is lost or damaged in transit. If you place an order and then decide to cancel and the order has already been picked you may be charged a 10% restocking fee. We do not accept non faulty returns in seasonal products. This may also apply if you simply change your mind and return the full order for no reason. Please read out terms and conditions for more detail on Returns and cancellations.
What type of lines do you stock?
As we cater wholesale for all types of childrens wear ,baby clothing, toy and gift retailers we stock a broad range of lines – fully labelled retail lines such as Disney Baby, Zip Zap, Aurora, Suki Gifts, Keel Toys, Juliana Gifts etc. There are many lines exclusive to us. All our character lines are fully licensed.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes via our other website www.dropshipkids.co.uk - membership fee applies.We charge membership to protect our wholesale customers and our brands so that they are only advertised by companies intending to sell in a professional way.
What are your delivery charges?
We ship every weekday. We do not ship at weekends.We aim to ship your order out within 1-2 working days of receiving it as long as you have ordered items that are displayed as in stock. Availability is clearly displayed under each product description. Please note items that are quoted with a lead time - this is approximate. The vast majority of our suppliers ship to us with in 5 working days but during busy times especially the period between October to December when we and our couriers and suppliers see higher order volumes we can not guarantee lead times or shipping times. You can always choose to split your order and back order items with a leadtime. A reminder email is sent shortly after purchase to remind you of any with longer lead times and you are given options to respond to. If an order is urgent please let us know and we will always endeavour to help.
Stock quantity and estimated product lead times are clearly displayed for each product so please check carefully when ordering as any product that is not physically in stock will delay the rest of your order. If you would like the in stock items sent out immediately please contact us and then we can back order the out of stock item for you and send it out with your next order or for an additional shipping fee of £3.99 we can forward it to you as soon as it arrives with us.
For most of the UK you would receive it the next working day and much of Europe one or two working days afterwards. So you would typically receive your order 2-4 working days after placing it within the UK and 4-6 days in the rest of Europe. You will receive an email with shipping details when we have dispatched your order.
There are exceptions for the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & IOW where there will be a reduced shipping charge for orders over £200. The website automatically calculates shipping charges and adds VAT based on your delivery address. If you are unsure of what your order will cost to ship please contact us for more information.
How long is delivery from placing my order?
Generally UK delivery is within 48 hours of order if all items that you have ordered are shown as in stock. Stock quantity and product lead times are shown clearly under each product description and it is the customers responsibility to check this - please be aware if you take some time to checkout after building your cart some items can go out of stock during this time. If you order contains a mix of in stock items and items with a lead time you can request that the order is split and sent straight away with the lead time items put on back order sent when they come in (this may occur an additional shipping charge) or ship with a future order or you can wait for all items to come into stock before your whole order ships. Most items that are on a lead time are in stock within 5 working days but this is not guaranteed so please advise us before placing your order of any urgent requirements especially during our busy season from August to December and bank holidays. DPD, Parcelforce & Royal Mail are our normal UK delivery partner and we will email you a tracking ID when your items have been dispatched, you can use this to track your order. This service is 98% reliable.For smaller orders and backorders below £50 we may use Royal Mail 1st class. If it is an urgent delivery please contact us. Delivery within Europe is usually 4 days but non-EC can take a little longer due to the paperwork for customs.
Can we come and visit you?
No unfortunately we are a working warehouse and do not have a showroom. However if you are local to us we can allow order pick up by arrangement. Most customers choose to order online as we have a full returns policy so in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our products we will refund you (conditions apply).
What are your payment terms?
Payment is taken at time of order including for pre-order items which reserves the stock for you. You can pay by credit card and Paypal via the website.There may be a delay in processing your order if your delivery address does not match the billing address of your chosen credit/debit card and extra identification may be required.If you wish to ship to an address different to the card billing address please select bank transfer at checkout.
